Log into your HL account
Select Transaction History
Select the date range and click download icon to save the trade information as a CSV file
Open the CSV file in Notepad or a spreadsheet and select and copy all the trades data
Paste the trade data into the text box on the convert format page.
Select the HL option and click the CONVERT button to convert the trade information into a valid file format
